   •   The purchaser confirms that they are a qualified practitioner, academic, laboratory technologist, or industrial technician, and affirms that all purchased products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory, industrial, or research purposes. The purchaser further agrees not to use, or allow the use of, these products as health products in humans or animals.
